The creative minds behind Rockfish Public House saw a need to bring a true Oyster Bar to York along with fuzing local comfort foods. One of the signature dishes on the menu is a twist on a PA Dutch Country staple, Pot Pie, but it isn’t a typical dough based pot tie. Instead their dish features egg noodles with a variety of mussels, clams, shrimp, fish, and crab.






And until reading the featured article myself, I was unaware that the seafood served in their restaurant is Monterey Bay Eco-Certified, attesting that no threatened species are harvested and that all food is wild-caught and sustainably harvested.
